By downloading, installing, or using the IT Driving Test mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
IT Driving Test provides a mobile application designed to help users prepare for the Italian driving license examination. The App includes practice questions, test simulations, progress tracking, and educational content related to Italian driving regulations.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
The App offers in-app purchases for premium features:
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
You can restore previous purchases on any device using the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
All content within the App, including but not limited to questions, explanations, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IT Driving Test or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
The driving test questions are based on official Italian driving examination materials. We make no claim to ownership of the official examination questions themselves but assert rights over our translations, explanations, and presentation format.
The App is provided for educational and practice purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. The App is not a substitute for official driving instruction or examination materials.
Use of the App does not guarantee success in the actual driving examination. Users are responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements for obtaining a driving license in Italy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IT Driving Test shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IT Driving Test and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update the App periodically to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
